Update on Approval Voting

A few years ago, I suggested that the Republicans should adopt approval voting. I suspect that if approval voting had been adopted, Ted Cruz would be the Republican candidate this year on the strength of the Trump–Cruz and Rubio–Cruz voters. I doubt if there would be that many Trump–Rubio voters.
