Not Paying Enough?

“If there’s a talent shortage, it means you’re not paying enough, right?”

If we ban fracking, any resulting fuel shortage means we're not paying enough?

Very true, Joe. Gas is obviously too damn cheap. Fracking would change that and clearly here in the Vampire State we can't have any of that.
