Illegal Combatants and SWAT Teams

If the police in this raid were out of uniform, does that make them illegal combatants? After all, the same reasoning applies to them as to the Hezbollah or Al Qaeda fighters disguised as civilians.

Somehow, I don't think they're going to Gitmo …
